Returns & Exchanges

Hypland offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible streetwear and accessories. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
